Upon taking delivery of my 2026 Lincoln Aviator, as I departed the new vehicle delivery bay that each of the four tires had a different air-pressureNone of which were the manufacturer's recommended tire pressure. While driving my new vehicle home I noticed that I was having to constantly adjust the steering wheel in order to keep the car going in a straight line, something that I never needed to do in my 2022 Ford Explorer or my 2017 Ford Mustang. Upon subsequent driving opportunities I realized that in addition to the vehicle wandering all over the road, that the steering wheel was not mounted properlywhen holding the steering wheel with both hands and the Lincoln emblem aligned exactly vertical, the vehicle moved to the left instead of going straight ahead. This is not a gradual movement, it is immediate and significant. When I took the vehicle back to Gary Yeoman's Lincoln, the service team: 1.Properly aligned all four wheels. 2.Replace the driver side air-bag. The spec sheet provided me indicated that the alignment on all four wheels were adjusted with the right rear requiring significant adjustment!!! Why the air-bag was replace is beyond me as it had nothing to do with the steering wheel being "off center". When I departed Gary Yoeman's Lincoln, the alignment issues seemed to be resolved, but the steering wheel remained "off center". I immediately returned to the service department. I accompanied Service Manager Marion Shaffer as she drove the vehicle. Much to my amazement, Marion refused to admit that the steering wheel was off center, even when she held the with both hands with the Lincoln emblem aligned exactly vertical and the vehicle moved left instead of going straight ahead. She wanted me to believe the vehicle was moving left due to the crown of the road. This, even though we were in the right lane and the road's crown should be moving the vehicle to the right. TOTAL INSULT TO THIS CUSTOMER!!!! Fortunately, Tony Sakounthong was on duty that afternoon and he agreed to drive my vehicle. Tony agreed with me that the vehicle did in fact move to the left when the steering wheel was held with both hands and the Lincoln emblem aligned exactly vertical.

Alicia is amazing in the service department make I huge difference from my others visits. Gave a heads up about discount on tires , plus very clear about price ,maintenance and schedule. Others visits usually they don't know anything and everyone is lost, when I called others times with anticipation for maintenance and when I'm there they can't do the job. Has to be another day and time. Like no one knows anything. Big desconexión in the parts, service department with the costumer service.
