I would recommend them if anyone were in the market for a vehicle. Whoever cleaned up the truck didn't clean the windows on the inside, they were filthy. The outside was okay, not very detailed.

Did not complete recall. Second appointment to be done and 2 months later, recall is still open on my car because they can't get the parts ordered correctly or care to make quicker appointments since I get notifications part is in the very next day but have to wait 2 weeks until next appointment.

Very friendly. The communication was very good. They stayed in contact with me from the time I dropped off my Jeep until the work was complete and it was ready to be picked up. They also checked in a day or two after to make sure I was satisfied with everything or if I had any questions or concerns.

I love the service where I can just drive up without making an appointment for oil change, they give you the update on how long it's going to take to service my vehicle and they have a waiting room that you can sit in, while you wait. if you choose to wait. My vehicle is well taken care of.

We finally got there but was a major inconvenience. Staff was friendly and pricing was the in town. Not too upset overall.

The WORST experience ever. If you're a female who appreciates being talked down to, like you're less than, or unintelligent, Gary Matthews is the place to go. If this hadn't been the closest Jeep dealership, I would have taken it to the dealership in Springfield where the service writers talk to women with respect.

Service department representative, Ken never answered my calls or texts. My vehicle was in the shop for a week and when I would call the dealership all I could be told is that I need to talk to Ken, who never answered or called back. When my Jeep was complete, no one called to let Me know that it had been sitting there for a day already complete. Ridiculous customer service. I will be going out of town next time.

I went to Gary Matthews Jeep to have an extra key fob programed. Paid $105 dollars for the programming which did not work and their machine to cut the "key" portion of the key fob was out of order. I had purchased a blank fob on Amazon because the dealer said it would take 2 weeks. I was told

My service is always good, people are friendly and the dealership is clean. I had my tires rotated as usual, but for some reason my lug nuts were not all tight. One almost backed completely off. I contacted the dealership and they told me they torque them as required, but would have their torque wrench calibrated. I thank them and will definitely go back at my next service.

I didn't like the cost for service. This is the second time I received service there and it costs me over $900.00. I also asked for service to restore air through my vents. I was told they were working, however when I got the car back only the dashboard vents were blowing warm air. My legs were cold from the cold air coming in on the floor all the way home. I was told that the air vents were operating and did not need service.

My truck was brought in for service for a known radio problem verified by a service tech. The writer of the work order could not duplicate the problem at the time and therefore was very rude and inconsiderate. Also stating that it was my opinion that there was a problem with my truck. I had to actually go talk to the customer service representatives for assistance. Very unacceptable.

I got 4 new tires from Gary Mathews. They gave me a ride home so I could be in comfort while they did their work, and they brought me back when my Jeep was ready to take home. The tires look good. Service staff were top notch. The courtesy ride to and from my house was excellent customer service. I highly recommend Gary Mathews service department.

They do a great job at servicing our jeep and the staff was very nice. The only thing that we find wrong is is when they check the cabin air filter, is they don't take the time to clip on the bracket and snap the cover back on to help seal the cabin air filter back up. We have has to purchase a couple of brackets because the brackets have been broken.
