We scheduled the time for being a drive from Nashville to their location a couple hours away. Mitchell and Keith listened to the problem. Keith and I went for a drive. He identified first problem right away but we couldn't replicate the second problem. Service team fixed the steering issue. As I was leaving I heard the second problem and I went back to pick up Mitchell. We drove a short distance in the parking lot and he isolated the source but there apparently is not a fix for the rattle. It's just an irritating nuisance.
