My battery had failed in starting my car. After receiving a jump start from AAA I headed to the nearest Nissan dealership. I pulled into the Service Department and a Service Advisor quickly began to assist me. In purchasing a 2022 Altima, the battery was still under warranty. After a replacement at no charge, I was on my way. The staff was both friendly and professional.

It is usually a good experience coming into Garlyn Shelton, but this visit was special. I stopped by to make an appointment for service, and Madison was able to take the vehicle right away. The service was done in a timely manner. Madison is Awesome!!! Give her a raise!!

It was the worst automotive visit I've ever had in my entire life. They didn't used to be that way. I went up to Garlyn Nissan for 2 rounded lugnuts replaced from a Nissan vehicle purchase & they left 1 loose. I drove on the hwy & rain on 4 lugnuts. I can't recommend for GTR or Z owners, yes on these cars. Then, they had the nerve to ask me, if I wanted a new car. As if.

For the most part good service. A little slow. Sometimes if-y if work was actually done. Last time I paid for a service package which the adviser said included air filter change. When I picked up the vehicle she said it was done but then the story changed that it wasn't done because it wasn't needed They get annoyed when they get a bad review but don't do anything to improve scores.

Thank you Mr. Fox for another review, we do appreciate your feedback. Since your last visit back in 2021, there has been major improvements with our express service process to improve quicker times without sacrificing quality of our work. During your most recent service you requested a recall to be performed, along with a oil change and tire rotation special. The same service special that you had purchased over 8 times since 2016, looking back you had always purchased an engine air filter (3 times) in addition to the oil change special when needed. I apologize if you mistook the special to now include an engine air filter. We're always looking for feedback (good and bad) and are always looking for ways to improve. Thank you again and we're looking forward to servicing your vehicles in the future!

I made the appointment to get my oil and filter changed, and arrived a little early. My car was taken immediately for the service work while I waited comfortably in the sales area. I was kept informed about the work which was completed in about 30 minutes. I was offered a free car wash; however my car didn't need it, so I declined that offer. I was pleased with the service and friendliness of the personnel.

It was on a Saturday morning. Very friendly. Went in for oil change. Had a recall and ask to keep are Rogue to complete repair. Gave us a new Rogue Sport to drive while they had ours. Called Tuesday for us to pick it up. Not only an oil change but tire rotation washed and vacumed. We were very pleased.

I had found the vehicle on carfax. Garlyn Shelton is not too far from where I live, and offer on the car was really good so I went to check it out. Set up an appointment to view the car, took a test drive and within 2 1/2 hours I had a new car. Customer service was great!! They couldnt have made this an easier. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

Tires were not rotated even though service stated that tires were rotated. I know that tires were not rotated because 3 weeks prior I had to completely replace the left rear tire due to driving over a nail and nail location was in the unrepairable zone.

No 5 stars due to not having the part ( battery) what if something happens like car is not starting I work overnight . My service went well , need a new battery that is still under warranty however at this time my battery was not available. Just hope it will come soon before I have other issues like the car not starting . Also not impressed with the wash and no detailing done .

Garlyn Shelton always takes care of me and their service is always courteous and genuine! I only prefer taking my car to them for maintenance and repair work because I know they will be straight forward with me and go above and beyond to try and relieve some of the financial stress associated with costly vehicle maintenance and repairs.
