Mediocre service. Had to wait nearly 2 hours for shuttle driver. Service manager did not explain anything and even after I stated that the windshield wipers were dragging, she did see the need to replace stating, "... they don;t seem that bad, to me." Also, I was told the car would be washed AND vacuumed, but the later did not happen. This is my second service here and will travel an hour to get next service in Albuquerque.
