We brought our equinox in as we've had issues with the engine light being on since we got it in May of 2025, we're always told they can't get the part for it as they didn't know exactly what the problem was! It's just been frustrating and it's like it our fault instead of them !

I went in for an oil change. No waiting or appt needed. I requested a GM oil filter and Mobil 1 oil, no problem. They also checked and topped off all fluids, air filter, belts, full headlight and tail light check. Gave me a report in writing. The bill came in as agreed beforehand. Everyone was polite and professional. 45 minutes total time while I waited in the lounge with a complimentary refreshment (Pepsi).

Zero room for negotiating a small dent to be removed. The salesperson we worked with had an email that did not work. That was the experience with sales.
The service dept was a good experience, handy with text updates and very responsive.
