I was in a wreck and the body shop brought my car to this dealership and I tried for a week to speak with someone about the car. They could NOT tell me what was going on with my vehicle, heck they didn't even know if it was at the dealership Gallatin Ford. And I still haven't heard from them. Do not do business with Gallatin Ford. I have never in all my years had a Ford dealership do me this way. And my Dad worked for Ford for over 40 years. It is the only vehicle I have ever owned. I went and got a Hyundai.

This was my first time at Gallatin Ford and I was so pleased with the entire experience. I purchased this car in Bowling Green and that's much too far for service. I initially called the dealership closest to me, Town & Country Ford, and they informe3d me they don't take appointments so I drove to their dealership and they were very rude and said it would be several days before they could look at my car and suggested I come back later. I then called Gallatin Ford and they made an appointment for me the same day. Once I arrived, I was greeted and showed the right direction and immediately felt that I had made a good decision to drive to Gallatin. Within an hour they notified me that my car would need to stay at the shop for a day or two for some software updates and they put me in a great loaner vehicle. They finished the work on my car sooner than expected. I was so pleased with the entire experience and with how friendly all of the staff is. When I have service needs in the future I will definitely be making the drive to Gallatin Ford to get my service completed as I will never return to my neighborhood Ford dealer, Town & Country.

Purchased my '22 Lightning from Gallatin Ford and taking for service there 100% since purchase. The service department has been the achilles heel of this location entire time. With recently new ownership, it's clear changes are being made but currently the service is still significantly below subpar. There is too much to say to list everything that's wrong, in a nutshell there is a lack of communication in general. The technicians do not appear to be remotely familiar with the EV F150. To be honest, this recent service was the best experience I've ever had but still many problems to be addressed. My truck is always filled with trash when I pick it up from service, they never charge it, I've only gotten a temporary replacement vehicle once and it was a terrible experience, and contacting service department via phone is literally impossible. Dozens of times over the years when I call, I have never once gotten an answer, and the phone service people they've used does not count as they have no idea what's going on, not physically there, and only confirm someone will call you back even though they do not. I will say, Jessica Cobble has always been honest, transparent, and accountable to doing what she says she will. I've only worked with her directly twice I believe and never an issue. The previous person that I worked with the vast majority of the time does not appear to be employed there since the new ownership. I'm hopeful things will improve, but as it stands the moment I decide to replace my truck, I will NOT be doing business with this location again.

Gallatin Ford is reliable and trying to provide the best experience for the customer. Gallatin Ford takes car of my vehicle all the time. The only thing I would suggest is that they do better on their pricing with oil changes and basic services. Town & Country Ford in Madison is offering "The Works" oil change package for $79.95, as they did at Miracle Ford before changing the name to Gallatin Ford. What they have posted on the wall ($99.95 and up) in the service department is not going to keep customers coming in the door.

Jessica Cobble the service advisor walked around truck with me when I dropped it off for the first service of our new truck and talked with me about any issues or concerns. I asked to have the truck looked over for a whistling sound coming from the rear end while driving. After the service was completed the techs inspected the sound and confirmed it was coming from the differential area of the rear end. Jessica called to advise of the findings and asked could I leave the truck overnight for repairs. I had to make sure I could get a ride home from work if it did indeed need to stay overnight. I called her back to let her know it was fine to proceed with the repair. This was a lunch time and I was prepared to get a ride home from a coworker. Jessica called back around 4:00pm as I was getting ready to leave work and let me know the repairs were complete and I could pick the truck up then. I can't thank the service department enough for the great job and timely work they performed for me on the truck. I would encourage anyone needing service or repair to take their vehicle to Gallatin Ford.

Unfortunately your Service Shop has lost a lot of it's zip. The Mechanics seem to go at a very Lackadaisical pace . with no thought to the people who are waiting to pick up their car that was supposed to have already been ready. When people sit in your break area and observe what is going on in the shop , it's not the same work habits I witnessed in years passed. Not good for business...... my family has done business there for over 30 years , perhaps I was just spoiled.
