Front mudflap replaced under warranty, however I was told in July that the mudflap was not a factory part, which at that time I told them it was. After I researched online and found the factory part number, I showed them the factory part number and they agreed to replace under warranty.

I had the wrong service date in my calendar. The service department was short a technician the day I came in. They still accommodated me and were able to squeeze in my service. I did not mind waiting an extra hour so I didn't have to come back again the following week.

I cannot get to a Subaru dealership. But I couldnt get my fob to start my engine so the grocery store called the Ford dealership next door and they gave me a ride and put in a new battery in my fob and told me they could keep up my Subaru at their Ford dealership. So the next day I drove over and they rotated my tires and tuned me up etc. Did a very good job and are my go to for service on my Subaru.

Transmission failure. Emergency! Kallee at Gallagher Ford was right on it. They had to order a transmission; expected complete time was 2 weeks. They had my car repaired and ready to go in 4 days. A month later and it's still running like a charm. Amazingly efficient and customer appreciated. THANK YOU Gallagher Ford and Kallee, in service department.

This time was very disappointed with the service we received.. Was told no update was needed for the info system, when indeed there was..then was told the front end noise was a can of soda under the seat, the front end still creeks to this day.. Might take our vehicle to a different ford dealership for service if this happens again..

service as usual is top notch. but had a bad encounter with an employee who opened a car door next to my vehicle, it struck my car, leaving a scratch on my car, the said employee saw me in my car and yet did nothing or said anything to me and just walked away. other then that, excellent visit
