Complete waste of time & energy. Unreasonable demands on the part of the dealership, even in this day and age of "the virus" scare. Suggest you bypass this dealer and buy elsewhere, where you don't have to make an "appointment" to browse a vehicle.

They lie to your face, about small stuff. Who knows what else. I bought a car and spent over 20k. Had a headlight out, I find out that night. Took back to the dealership and asked that both headlight bulbs be replaced, not just 1. Both the manager and salesman, Albir, shook my hand and assured me that both had been changed. The next morning I could tell that was a lie. Headlights were 2 different shades. I waited a week to contact the salesman and also found the driver side marker light was out, the inside, door handle light is out an the license plate light was hanging out by the wires. I let Albir know, but have gotten no response. I'd avoid this dealership. They claim a "55 multipoint inspection", wonder what else was missed or lied about.

Over the phone they were very cordial, but once we got to the dealership they were of little help and let us wait for over a half-hour before we had to go in and seek them out despite a salesperson telling us earlier that a person would be with us. Had the feeling that because we were buying used over new car they did not feel like we deserved the same considerations. Ultimately even after finding a car I liked, I left on principal and that I would not want uncaring & unhelpful salesperson to draw a dime of commission due to their attitude. Horrible service for used car buyers and would not recommend to anyone.

I drove 50 miles to see this car which per phone conversation that it had no dents dings, etc.. Wrong! The car looked like it had been wrecked on every corner of the car, all kinds of warning lights lit up on dash, floor board on drivers side was soaking wet (leak) which I was told it was from ac condensate drain when it's been extremely cold outside, I know enough about mechanics to know that this wasn't true. Too cold for ac running, and drain line doesn't run inside interior of car, also not on drivers side even if it were to be. I was told that dealership was a high turnover low profit dealer and felt as of I was being pushed away.
After that comment, and feeling of being pushed out the door, I decided to look elsewhere.
