Was quoted $13000 to fix a bunch of stuff that did not need to be fixed. Was told I needed a new transmission, had a cracked head gasket that was spraying oil all over the engine. Decided to take the vehicle for a second opinion. Turns out not leaking oil, no cracked gasket and the transmission was fine.

Jay provided great service. My car broke down while I was on a business trip and Jay was able to work on my car immediately. He called me several times with updates and finished the work within one day. I wish they were located in Tampa so I could use them all the time!

This was the 2nd time the mice had eaten our windshield wiper tubing. We have since learned that they are supposedly using a soy-based coating on the tubing and that attracts rodents. This was the 4th Lexus in our condo parking garage to be affected and one infinity car toothey should be held responsible for these !
