The staff, especially Bryan, is very friendly and professional. I received a nice loaner. The repairs were done promptly and at a reasonable price. I trust that they were done correctly, too. My car seat and steering wheel were covered in plastic, so I believe that safety measures were followed. I feel safe in my car once again.

While driving home on the highway, the "Check Engine" light went on and the power significantly decreased. The next day, my husband called Buick GMC of Watertown and found out that the vehicle was still under warranty. Buick towed it, tested it, and fixed the problem all at no charge. Bryan, the service manager, was very courteous and professional. The reason I gave only 4 stars was because they did not have a loaner car for us.
