I was able to negotiate the labor time outside the book time once I explained my point of view. Service Manager Mr Ceasar agreed and worked with the technician to ensure we both came to happy point.

Excellent service! Brought my recently acquired truck in for new tires, alignment, oil change and to have brakes checked.
The staff at Gateway Tire Atoka were courteous, professional- and thorough in their inspection, alerting me to other issues that needed attention (wipers) and replacing a signal bulb when I called them back and asked if they could work that in too.
Completed the work quickly. Very pleased, highly recommend.

Had water in gas tank...Gateway put a bottle of Heet in vehicle. Said it was fixed...vehicle stopped twice on the way home and then would not even crank...now vehicle us at Suburu having almost $4000 worth of work done on it from the water in the tank...Gateway has no idea what they are doing

Friendly Staff.Reasonable Pricing.Was Open when Other Tire Places were Closed and I needed tire bad.Had Flat and was riding on Donut Tire.Saved Me Money by beating out my Bent rim instead of having to buy one.I Appreciate there Honesty and The Help!!! Would Recommend Them!!!

$25 for fixing a tire that was already off the vehicle. Most places fix for free. Would not let them put tire back on after watching tech hammer a socket on a lug nut of a vehicle in the shop.

I showed up expecting to leave my van over night and find a ride home for my family. I mean it was all of five minutes till closing time and they were cleaned up for the day.
Not only did these guys stay late to fix a blown tire, they also offer to stay later and replace another tire I wasn't even aware had issues.

I absolutely love the service I received from Gateway! Everyone is always so attentive and honest. I appreciate that they perform my maintenance without additional sells. They did let me know that it will be time for new tires soon, but it wasn't urgent. I truly appreciate the service and honesty.

First Class service and friendly technicians. Most restaurants in the area don't have restrooms as clean as these this Gateway. What do restrooms have to do with it you say? Years ago I learned that a business what takes pride in the store appearance also take pride in their work. JMO

David at the front desk was excellent and friendly. The tire was repaired in the estimated time. The tire air pressure sensor was lit when I started the car to leave. So I would not have to wait in line, Cesar the manager helped me and explained the pressure sensor would go out after driving a bit. He also checked the pressure in all the tires to be sure everything was OK, and replaced the repaired tire's valve stem cover.

Good service and reasonable price for a complete set of tires. Only drawback is I forgot to tell them to do a fro t alignment while they had it and they never mentioned it either. When I went to pick it up and then remembered they would not have been able to get it done that day. This is the 7th set of tires I have purchased from them.
