Best shop that I've ever dealt with. They have serviced my car since I bought it new. I prefer to take my car to G & G versus the dealer. It's never a hassle with G & G. I'm always able to get an appointment, the work is always completed correctly, the car is always returned when promised, and they treat my wife the same way they treat me. They don't try to upsell her unnecessary services and this is very refreshing.

Art was very helpful. He was honest about what needed to be done with my 2006 350CLK. I was not prepared for the amount of work that needed to be done to my car, so I came back over a month later to have it fixed. G&G did not increase the quoted price, and I drove home with a fixed car and a smoother ride. They even gave me a free ride to and from their shop.

I like the communication with G&G. They are very understanding and they do not push you, which is great. They work with you. They are honest and reasonably priced for their work. I will not go any where else. I absolutely recommend them to anyone with a Mercedes.

True AMG people. Booked an appointment the day before. Rolled up early in the morning and I was out same day. They also coordinated sending my wheels to the tire place during the repair. Absolutely on point. They even sent me an uber to sans from my hotel.

They always do a great job, quick & efficient. I'm the type that waits at the shop and I appreciate that they have a clean seating area, clean restrooms, cold water bottles & coffee for all customers while we wait in an office with AC.

Very customer friendly and focused. Art is very personable and caring. My appointment was scheduled for the wrong day and he gave a courtesy call to make sure I didn't miss it. Shuttle service is top tier. If the driver is not available a LYFT is sent to get you. This was my 3rd service visit and customer was the same as if it was my first time.
