Auto had serious mechanical & accessory issues. Auto rear suspension was terrible. Stereo system was without normal wave length band (FM). Was led to believe, issues were being scheduled for repairs but, never done. Misled for days into weeks with, no repairs done. I determined that, I wouldn't have any further queries about Auto. Dealership, seemed untrustworthy.

uh... they had a base model priced too high. These people double talk you and then raise fees of every absurd type, multiplied. This dealer uses a computerized sales lead tracker, then never leave you alone AFTER they failed to sell a car. Not reasonable or definite, very wishy washy. Sorry.

Nice sales man, truck nice but a lot of rust on frame looked like it was sprayed black to cover problem touched frame finger went right threw shame because was really interested in truck before that.

Couldn't give me a price over the phone. I gave my zip and asked what the total price would be so I can get a bank check and he refused to give it to me. He said "I don't negotiate over the phone." I wasn't negotiating. I saw the price and on line I called and asked what the total price would be? Could not be provided. Lots of terrible reviews on this dealership. The price they list online is not the price of the vehicle. They assume you're putting $3000 down and financing and so they list the vehicle online roughly $3000 less than the actual price. Very misleading! We drove an hour and a half to find this out, along with the vehicle not being on site like we were told on the phone. Everyone was very nice, however, this is your typical car salesman experience. My wife and kids were left standing in the rain half the time with nobody attending to us, while we waited for them to finish with another customer, even though we had an appointment. The manager and sales team were very kind as they could clearly see you were being neglected, but we ended up driving an hour and a half home with no vehicle.

Dealer is "by appointment only"; after driving 1hr + 30 mins, we had to wait an hour for car to be brought over from another store. Paperwork was a disgrace! The listed price was $8998, but they wrote it up for $11,484, and said Carfax listed it wrong because it only applies if car is financed. We were paying in full. This is dishonest & deceiving. We almost walked away, but they played with the numbers & gave us a slightly lower price. The final cost, including our trade-in, was still higher than the listed price. We only agreed because the car was everything we wanted. I do not recommend this dealership.
