The service took over three hours, which seemed quite long. Also, they were unable to smog my vehicle as planned due to two technicians calling in sick, something I was not advised about until after the vehicle was serviced. I then had to scramble around to find a smog station after my appointment.

My service advisor pulled up my service history, checked for recalls and advised me of what was needed now and service items coming in the future. Did a thorough inspection and ordered a car service to take me home. My car was ready when promised and waiting for me when I arrived. Always superb service from Future Nissan Service Manage Glenn is on top of everything and Jeff Jones service advisor is the go to guy.

Trevor, was courteous, kind and efficient. We were able to get scheduled and serviced in two days and at considerable savings from what we were quoted locally. Yes, it took us 45 minutes to drive to Future Nissan at the AutoMall, but it was worth it and my wife is happyagain!

For the first time, was disappointed with the service I received. I made an appointment to have fixed again what was supposedly fixed three months ago. I had the car there on time. Got a call at the end of the day saying they never were able to get to it. It was the next morning before it was looked at.

The service was going to take 3.5 to 4 hours and I was reluctant to hang around the dealership for that long. Jeff helped me decide by offering me a rental or a private room so I could work remotely. In the end, I stayed and worked in the private room.

Was saw very nice and polite, he constantly updated me with the stage of the work it was done on the car. I went for new tires, but they did he maintenance too and change the camera! While I was waiting, I bought new wipers and they even put them on for me since the car was in the shop being worked on! I left happy every single time I was there and Im not going anywhere else!

Jeff Jones, Service Advisor, was exceptional in aiding me in the service of my Altima which was almost at 100,000 miles. He guided me in choosing services so I wouldn't have to duplicate labor fees and this is very important to a senior citizen! Kudos to Glen Weller, Service Manager, for the staff he has in the Service Department...they have performed well for me and, I'm sure, for the rest of Nissan owners..

The service department is great! My only complaint is I asked to have my car washed and they said yes they could do it but they didnt do it completely. Back window was not washed and no vacuum or wipe down on the inside. My service report says wash and detail and that didnt happen.
During my service appointment I also bought the car. WORST experience EVER!!

After performing recall. The vehicle developed a leak between transfer case and Have to go back in the dealer. And they told me that the leak is normal? I told them Its a brand new truck and never leaked before. They didnt resolve or fix the problem and they told me its normal so. Im not going back to that dealer anymore off I go to another dealership that will take care of my problems

My experience is always so positive. The service advisor always checks my history, we discuss what needs doing now and recommendations for service items on future visits. I'm kept informed of progress and findings and my vehicle is usually done within time and cost estimates. Highly recommend Future Nissan in Roseville.

We are always treated with the greatest respect and comfort while waiting for our Altima to be serviced. Glen Weller is the BEST at seeing we are totally satisfied. Glen is one of the most important reasons we keep returning to Future Nissan. We will probably buy another new Altima from Future Nissan. (This is our third new Altima from Future).

It took 2.5 hours vs the 1.5 hours we were told which was a long time already. Tires were not rotated as we asked because they couldnt get lug nuts off. I was very disappointed. Also no one updated us on what was going on or nothing just sat there starving.

Vehicle was ready and no one came to the waiting area to let me know. I was sitting there an extra 20 minutes for no reason.
Also, was told the car was washed when I inquired but when I got ready to leave it was clearly NOT washed. The roof top of the car was still dusty so was the hood and top of the trunk.

BAD, certified means nothing to this dealer. Paint was peeling so brought it in and they told me that the truck was repainted, yet it was certified. They said that voided the warranty. So certified means nothing to this dealer. I would not have bought it if I had known. Now I'm stuck with it. I will forever bad mouth this dealer to whoever will listen.

I had an appointment that was very easy to make and when I arrived I was quickly welcomed. I sat in a comfortable waiting area and was kept updated on how things were going with my vehicle. In addition, I went to the parts department and quickly had a battery replaced in my key fob.
