My 2022 F150 Lariat loves to be serviced at Roseville's Future Ford. The techs do a great job of maintaining and the Service Writers do a great job of communicating and listening to my needs and wants. Sam has been my Service Advisor the past few visits and does a fabulous job. I highly recommend Future Ford and as long as I'm in the area, they'll continue to take care of my truck.

Sam met me when I brought my vehicle in. Checked me in quickly, efficiently, and with all the related costs. He also booked me a drive home. All work was done, to include two items found in the inspection. Received a ride from home to pickup my car. The car had been washed and was waiting for me with AC on due to the heat. Felt treated so well and Sam was very personable. Great experience!!

Faster than I thought. Asked for a waiting appointment. Was told I had one. I got there was advised not to wait. They were having lunch. Tried to sell me some type of additive for $160. I bought a service plan when I bought the car. Did not appreciate them t reg ting to sell me something else. Car had not been washed. Plastic cover, paper tag and floor mat not removed from vehicle.

Still have not had my car fixed. Called about a part that flew off on the freeway. Turns out that the a-pillars were recalled for the exact reason. Called and brought my car in a couple of days after it flew off (3/30) and was told that the parts were ordered and I would get a call when they came it. It is now the middle of May and still no call.. called a couple of weeks ago and had to leave a message for a call back.. still waiting..

I stayed at the dealership and waited a short time. I was informed after the safety check that my battery was not in good shape so I ordered a new to be installed. My service advisor, John Green, was amazing! I needed a new transmission and drive train. The logistics and completion of this replacement can take several days, if not weeks. John was able to work with the parts manager to get the parts overnight and the mechanics pulled the old parts the night before. I had my truck back in two days! Front end steering parts loose after 10k miles. They tighten up several loose fasteners don't do an alignment and now I have been ghosted. They have had my truck in their garage 9 times since sept 2023 it only has 30k miles and it's like they aren't even trying anymore

Made an appointment for my 125k check up/tune up. Shawn was my go to person. He gave me the estimate and asked if I had a ride. We looked at 4 pm ready time. He sent a full report by about 1:00 and all was green and ready to go! I take my Ford to the dealer since it's older, and it's in great shape. I want to keep it for as long as possible.
