The service was done well. However, I had to wait over six weeks. The part came in less than a week but had to wait as no loaner was available for over a month. I live in Sonoma and fear this is common. I was assured when I bought the car that loaners were not a problem. Clearly, they are.

Liked.being treated like a real person. Shown kindness, patience, concern. My 2012 Ford Fusion full service visit gave me a "new" car, when I picked her up and drove out I swear I could hear a purrrrr. I also loved the Uber/Lyft service provided. All in all, a great experience, a wonderful service representative, and great office staff, too. Not liked.nothing, no "improvements" necessary.

It was unfortunate the air bag module wasn't able to be dealt with immediately and took several days to complete. Tricia was communicating the bad news to me, but at least I was informed. I was taken aback by the $7.50 per gallon to refuel the loaner car I was given. It would have been nice to be informed so that I could have filled the car up myself.

After a few mishaps with the first time I brought it in Zack made sure my car was taken care of. He promptly returned my calls answered any questions, made sure to double check all the work was completed and made sure I got my car back in a timely manner. I took the car in for the 80,000 mi service. They did that part very well. However, when I was talking to the service advisor I asked him (1) if they would change the dashboard setting back to the way I had it before and (2) if they could change the clock back to standard time as I could not find that anymore in "settings". They did not do either one. I am not very happy!

They took the time to listen to my concern and act on it by diagnosing deeper, which is way more than I could say for the other dealer I went to (not going to mention any names but their initials are WC). The issue came back eventually but it's not their fault, it is a bigger problem from factory production with these types of engines.

They always do a good job servicing. I was disappointed that I had to wait four days for my car. I was told it needed a water pump that should not have taken him that long to get it. The overall servicing of the vehicle for my routine service was excellent.

They had my car the entire day and it never even made it back to be serviced. The communication from my service advisor was bad, didn't answer or return my calls. Tried to reach manager and he never returned my call either. Very disappointed and still need to have car serviced so will be without my car for another day at least.

It was the service manager Zack over at Ford who was very responsive & resolved my repeated complaint about my navigation system.
