Just go to Car Max instead of this place. Salesmen talk to you like they are doing you a BIG favor buying your car. They will "beat" the other offers by $50-$100 and show you KBB lowest value for your vehicle. The low value was like $4,000 less than Car Max's official appraisal. Just stay away from here or anywhere in Glendale. Also I had a few things in the backseat when selling my car. They never contacted me so I am considering the items stolen.
