Had 4 tires mounted and balanced along with a front end alignment. Tech told me it wasn't out of alignment and that the tires were bad. Truck shook horribly and still pulled left. Went back and 1 wheel had no weights installed. Truck shook worse afterwards. Brought it to Mavis Tire and all 4 were balanced incorrectly. I essentially paid Fussell 300 dollars for nothing. Didn't bother going back to complain.

Fussell's Tire always provides excellent customer service. They are really good at prompt follow-up with responsive information. They are thorough in diagnosis and analysis of mechanical issues. They are good at explaining what repairs are priority and what can wait until later. We always have a positive experience at Fussell's Tire Sales & Service.

The service that we received on the four new tires and an alignment on this truck was exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate the professional service.
We have been doing business with this shop for probably 20 years or more and have never had a problem and if we did, it was easily resolved. We have eight trucks that are 2500 series trucks and under that they provide all the service for thank you Daniel J&D Tree Pros.

I have only been here in Apex for 10 months. I knew I would need a service place for my vehicle someone I could trust like I had in my other state. I found Fussell Tire and called spoke with Jen and the rest is history. Will not go anywhere else. Yesterday had my oil changed met Teresa. Excellent communication and responsive to my needs. Forgot to ask about tire rotation and with 30 minutes before closing DONE! THIS PLACE IS AWSOME

I left my office for lunch and heard a weird noise. When I checked my tires, I had a piece of metal sticking out of the right rear tire. Luckily I am close to Fussel Tire. I drove right over, and they got me in within 15 minutes. Luckily the metal razor blade didn't go all the way into my tire and there was no damage. I appreciate the speed they got me in and out since I was short for time. Great service!!
