Terrible customer service. I was having an issue with my battery and also needed an oil change. When the appointment was over they said the battery was bad, so I asked them to replace it. The customer service lady said they couldn't because they didn't have enough time. WTH, that was the reason I brought it in, in the first place. Very frustrated with the customer service received.

Cary, our service manager recommended towing by Ford service and took the vehicle right away. He called with the diagnosis and replaced the battery that had failed. They also performed a recall inspection and washed the vehicle. The best part was that all the work was under warranty. I had expected to be charged a pro rata charge for the new battery to cover my current mileage, but there was no charge.

The shop was great as far as getting me in right away! Had the pesky cam phasers done at just over 40k. Thankfully still under warranty with my extended warranty! They got it in and out in time for my camping trip! Issue is from the time I dropped it off, to picking it up, my backup camera screen for my RV was broken and on the floor! When I asked about it they said it was probably the sun that broke it! The suction cup was separated from the arm and was actually broken, not melted! It's a $700 camera that was brand new just a month ago! Furrion is one of the leading brands, they aren't just gonna break. Seems like the dealership is trying to sweep it under the rug and ignore me! I hope this isn't the case. I hope they make it right!

making the appointment, dropping off, and communicating what to do and when it was ready was decent. The bad stuff was picking up. I went in and they had my car under a name that is absolutely not mine, so it took forever even finding my car. Then they wouldn't bring it around to the front, which is something they'd done every single time the last couple years for me, since I'm in a wheelchair. Lastly, when I got in my car, I noticed it was down to 30 miles left on gas, which is 20 miles under where the car's gas light comes on and 120 miles under the amount of gas that I'd dropped the car off with (It was dropped off with 150 miles of gas left in the tank). I'm glad I'm selling this car so I don't have to come back
