My Ford Edge had a big windshield crack that needed to be fixed. I contacted a windshield company then I found out that a custom windshield with a Ford logo on the right lower corner was also available at a higher cost. I then contacted my service advisor at Ford Frontier and got a better price for rhe Ford windshield. I decided to go with Ford and was very happy with the outcome.

My only complaint is that the mileage for service that the dealership gives me and the mileage that the warranty company tracks does not match. So I've made an appointment before and came in just to be told that my service would not be covered unless I waited a bit more. It's a known issue at Frontier Ford and a little annoying. The work around is I just wait about 1000 miles after their service notifications and then I'm fine.

1. I came back to dealer at the time when dealer informed me of Maintenance completion time, but nobody was there and maintenance was not finished yet. I needed to come back to dealer next day again.
2. I found the rear door has some small dent and black ink. I don't know why but it seems some kit hits the door?
3. When I put the right blinker, blinking and sound are faster than left blinker.

The repair shop was closed when I could pick up my car so arrangements were made to pick it up at the front sales office.
