I appreciate they pick me up, take me home, give estimates, and provide a detailed report of what they did. Front office staff are pleasant and patient with me. This was my second time there and as was the first visit it was excellent. I have an appointment next week to check out some noise in the passengers window and sunroof when opening and closing. The guys there are wonderful. So caring and understanding and patient as I communicate my issues. recommend them wholeheartedly.

Called Friday morning to see if they could work me in for AC that wasn't cooling. They said to leave the car and they would get to it Saturday morning. 10:00 am got a call stating the car was ready. Quick diagnosis showed low refrigerant. Recharged AC and I was good to go. No gouging, fair price and quick service with a smile. From my experience an HONEST shop. When I need further auto repair, I'll be back.

I scheduled an appointment the night before and scheduled for 7:00am, when they open. I immediately received an email from the manager notifying me that the oil change guys come in at 8:00am, so I may want to bring my car in at that time, which I did. I waited for the work to be completed and it was finished in about 15 minutes. Because this was my 3rd oil change, my next one will be free! Great job, Friendswood Auto Center! :-)

Excellent honest company! I came in to complete the repairs recommended by my dealership. After my vehicle was inspected, I was demonstrated and informed that there were no issues with my vehicle, and unfortunately I was lied to at the dealership. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. Amazing! I will only be bringing my car to Friendswood Auto from now on.
