Everyone was courteous, professional and respectful. But I went in for what I had been told on the phone would be the fixing of a recalled part. Instead they check my part in question found it defective. And instead of fixing it then. I have to drive 65 miles round trip. All the Service Techs are very friendly from Jason to Jessica. They always greet me and remember by my name.
The also remember that I need a ride to The Red Lobster for lunch while I am waiting for my car to be finished.

Called and set up an appointment for power steering problem. They never addressed problem. 2 days later called and said car was ready to be picked up, never said light was still on on the dashboard. Nothing was fixed..ended up getting it done several miles from home. Will never go back there. Totally unprofessional, unreliable. Be aware folks.

Jake at Friendship went above and beyond when our engine quit. We live four hours away and he kept us up to date on progress and got us a new engine and catalytic converter covered by Hyundai. He kept us up to date on the work. Price was faur for new hoses. We will gladly recommend Friendship Hyundai Service and Jake!

Keep going back and forth because the service department continues to mess one thing up after another. Went in for a dash to be replaced and a popping noise come to find out the popping noise is from the bolt in the steering wheel area not tightly torque. After the visit noticed areas of my steering wheel had a vent with wire hanging down.

Everyone is very friendly and some even greet me by my name. While my car is being serviced they always give me a ride to The Red Lobster and then pick me up when my meal in finished. By that time my car is ready to be picked up. They always keep me updated, by phone, what my car might need for additional services.

Cost of maintenance is terrible. To keep your warranty you are required certain maintenance requirements that has NOTHING to do with the warranty coverage. Nice staff and clean facilities.
