I'd have to say the only thing that could be improved is the parking situation on and around the property. It's always been difficult to find a spot when dropping off my car. But I suppose that means they have plenty of people who want to do business with them, and that's not a bad thing if you're looking for a repair shop you can feel good about.

Front office staff are very courteous and professional. Technicians are very thorough at completing requested work and advising owner of work that should be considered in future without being pushy about it. Discounts are available for AAA and/or Costco members. In all, this shop comes highly recommended by me.

Friendship auto service is a very customer friendly place where I found to have very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly team who took very good care of my GLA250. It's wonderful service. Seems like even with my small emergencies they try their best to fit you in. One week I needed a front light replaced I may have been there 20 minutes..the other day my turn signals and hazard light suddenly died. Brought the car in done before noon. They're the best.
