Angel was fantastic & definitely an asset to the Hyundai. She was very attentive, concerned re my needs re my Palisade, listened well, & it was obvious she wanted to b as helpful as possible. Very friendly, yet most professional. She was knowledgeable but would go find out info if she didn't know answer or was a bit unsure. She took the time I needed w/o me feeling rushed.

awefull experience. no consideration for the customers (love waiting outside next to the employees smoking cigarettes on the lot). The appointment system is not working, they force you into paid update (or your warranty is voided). worst experience possible.

Told the car would be ready by end of day Monday after dropping it off on Friday. Didn't get it back for two weeks and the car isn't even fully repaired. Communication is awful. Nothing but vauge explanations or passing it off to someone else who will call. If that person calls it could be days later.

Things were ok. There just was not enought information, letting me know extactaly what was giong on. The adjuster was polite. But did'nt keep me up on what was going on. Things was busy, people were waiting. Hire more people, it thats the proplem. Susan Anderson. It's not fait to the Customer or the Dealership.

I trust Hyundai to do the right thing(s) whenever I visit for any types of maintenance or service. Staffs are polite, friendly, and takes care of all my needs. I will keep buying Hyundai cars in the future. It's been 19-20 years as a loyal customer and never been disappointed.

The windscreen washer stopped working right after the service. I had a issue with the windscreen wipers last time after i serviced my vehicle here. Never had any issue when my vehicle was being serviced at Stevens creek location. Do not recommend getting the vehicle serviced here.

Service advisor James Madison is great. I had a major issue with the service contract from the dealer I purchased my vehicle from. James went above and beyond, spent over 45 minutes on hold with the other dealership and eventually got the issue resolved . I'll definitely bring my vehicle back to Fremont Hyundai.

I was seen right away for my appointment. My seat back issue was discussed and determined replacing the seat back would cost $2000. Other options of local auto upholstry shops could do the job at much lower costs. Service was done in less than 2 hours.

my vehicle was not reset after the service completion including the oil change being done so, I am actually seeing the reminder after my servicing that the service is due - this does not see right because during the previous servicing sessions, the person incharge actually made sure that everything was reset.

I had the car in to inspect damage to (it turned out to be) two plastic shields on the underside. I was told they were broken because we had hit something. The parts guy was too busy to provide a quote at the time and I was promised an email giving a price for the repair. I have not received it. I called in and spoke to a service advisor and still did not get one.

Don't honor other dealers coupons. Service member said other dealers use cheaper oils so their prices are low. Used the Hyundai app to select services which was an oil change and car wash. Car wash never happened. Take your car elsewhere.

The in-store price doesn't match the Carfax quote. They said the quote only works on weekends, and you'll have to pay an extra 2.5k on Mondays.
