Bryce was very informative of what the issue was with my car and what was needed for the repair. Also I was given a loaner to use for the weekend while they ordered the part. They had it done within a few hours of getting the part. I appreciated the quick repair because I use the car for my volunteering.

What I liked. Everyone was very nice. Oil change was fast. What I didn't like. the person who did the oil change said air filter was still good. I've looked at it myself. Second thing I didn't like, Tech marked the windshield had no chips or cracks, there are two chips in the windshield. One on the drivers side and one on the passenger side.

They are very friendly. Helpful with questions. I usually don't have any problems but this time I was a little disappointed that they didn't check out something while they had it on the lift for the oil change and tire rotation.

Since I am a caretaker and I am limited to time I can be away from home it was convenient for Fremont Ford (Michigan) to pick up my car and bring it back to me for a brake job. Some people say that I shouldn't use a dealership for service on my car but I wouldn't have it any other way. Fremont Ford(Michigan) has been great from th sale to maintenance on my car. I had my Ford truck towed to Fremont Ford because it had no power and would not start. They told me it would be at least 2 weeks before they could get to it. Come to find out all I needed was a new battery. Should have gone to Walmart and had it fixed in 1 day.

The work was a brake line recall. Done in the amount of time promised. Unfortunately, I never received the recall notice from Ford so it was 2 years overdue. If I hadn't seen the recall listed in a Car Fax email, I never would have known. Thank YOU!!

The main problem was never looked at and an alignment was never done. My car did not get into their garage until an hour and ten minutes after my appointment time. I had to explain to three techs what issues needed to be addressed. After 45 minutes of my car getting looked at, I was charged for two hours of labor and an estimate of $500 .
