I had a transmission service done on this date. I was able to get the appointment for the service on the day and time that was most convenient for me. This appointment was only a couple days from when I made it. Fremont Ford bends over backwards to accommodate it customers. David was my service advisor and he made it all happen. They are the highest price for anything done but they are the only ones in town that has a "Special tool" to check transmission fluid. newer engines now have that part sealed and there are No Longer transmission Dip sticks as in the older engines

Service department incorrectly diagnosed engine code under warranty. Had to get another mechanic involved to prove dealership mistakes. Dealership finally paid for all of my out of pocket expenses. I am glad I had another mechanic or I would have been out $3,700.
