Communication was absolutely HORRIBLE. No calls for up to 2 weeks giving any kind of status update. Was forced to extend rental cars multiple times, costing almost as much as the repairs. Still waiting for management to get in touch with me to resolve this complaint.

Service department charged me to diagnose a broken door handle, which was what I told them and the reason why I came in to get it fixed. Then, I had to purchase an over priced part (door handle) and was told to come back to get it installed with a quote for labor. When I came in to get it installed they wanted to doubled the labor price they already quoted me. Never again would I go here.

I got an oil change, which was good. I got a $300 wash and detail package. I now have a white powdery yet hard substance on my truck. That is very difficult to remove. I have gone through a car wash three times. I have hand washed myself once and still residual white stuff on my black truck. I will not be returning here for future service services

Extremely disappointed with my purchase, just brought back my new truck with 2000 miles experiencing a major electronic issue and more than likely defective. Dealer did not offer any accommodation for a rental car or anything to make the situation worse. Just wasted 4 days of contracting work.
