Had everything completed within 2 hours. There was one problem I encountered. I previously had my car serviced for a recall on the steering wheel. When it was reinstalled, the menu buttons on the steering wheel were connected incorrectly. I returned it to fix and over time it started malfunctioning again. This is important because you can't reset your oil change emergency light. This was not fixed.

I appreciate that when my vehicle requires hour of time to coplete that a desiginated driver takes me home and also comes back when the vehicle is finished to pick it up. That is a huge help for a person that lives alone.

Freeport Ford's service department works together as a great team. They graciously accommodated our emergency request to have a new battery installed in our 2009 Honda CR-V. They set up the appointment immediately, completed the service, and Steve called to let us know that the Honda would be delivered to our home. From start to finish, we received excellent customer service!
