Kept my car for 3 weeks for a warranty repair with no communication other than promises to have it done day after day. Picked it up after 2 weeks but returned it 15 minutes later because it ran horrible, never received a single call from service advisor unless I called him,I won't be going back.

Very informative and "HONEST" about what your Buick needs, quite unlike past service advisor who stated work preformed (warranty) when it wasn't and not what I brought car in for( oil/ filter change). Left a bad feeling that would happen with TRUST of dealership to actually service car.

I'm going to be Honest here. Drove from Weatherford to look at Vehicle upon arrival sales person was not aware of Vehicle for sale. When found Vehicle it was Dirty inside Very Dirty. Dealers should tell you in advance if they can't get you your vehicle for a week after you leave it...before you leave it. Service writer (Shawn) did a much better job communicating issue once it was looked at. No heartburn, as they provided a loaner.
