I didn't like that I was treated poorly trying to purchase a new to me used truck, salesman gave me the run around, wouldn't return my call after they jacked the price up almost 3k more than we agreed upon. Would not recommend this dealer as they leave information and lie to its customers

Pretty aggressive sales tactics, held my drivers license for ~30 minutes just for a scan, and when attempting to negotiate I was told that I was "not serious about buying a car" and that they didn't want to do business.

I was a "walk in" Friday afternoon. My tire was low and the cars warning light was on. They got me in to service the tire and offered to get my oil change done since I was there. Very thankful to be a customer at this garage. I had a terrible experience with their sales floor but I continue to use their service department. The employees on that side of the business are great.

He called me on a Sunday, sent me a credit app. When I didn't hear from him I sent another email that he never answered. A few days later the car showed up as sold. I at least deserved a message telling me that car was sold. Kinda crappy customer service....

They were able to to get me out of the dealership that same afternoon. With my (new) used car. It was a quick turnaround. All in all a good experience! I must say that the Doc Fee of $500 is tough to swallow. Compared to $75 doc fee in N.Y.

Then I found out my parts were there for weeks and they never called me to let me know or book another appt so my recall could get fixed. Very disappointed.
