they have a play room for the children and free popcorn and i think water too, they did wash down my car for me after the service. they wait was a little longer than I expected, however they did say they were a little busy that day even with my appointment.

He was going to sell me a car that didn't pass state inspection. I can't believe he would put one on his lot & didn't have it inspected first. If I had brought it I probably would had to had work done on it within a month & that isn't good so I didn't go look at anything else they had.

This experience was much better compared to the last time at KIA for service needs.They honored the previous quoted price for transmission work and offered some options for tire replacement without me feeling pushed into it.I appreciate the no hassle experience.

Took care of vehicle in a timely manner. Every little thing they do over pre-paid service agreement is expensive. Forgot to mention that during one of my last oil changes my state inspection was coming due and they charge $15 to replace wiper blades during inspection, and yes you have to buy blades at the time or they can't pass inspection. A bit excessive.

Unacceptable, poor communication among other issues. Not repaired at initial visit but released to owner only to have issue return and 2nd towing, took 2 more days to repair. Wasn't ready when told it would be. Had to wait over 2 hrs longer which included technician having lunch while we waited. No offer of alternative transportation while car was being serviced. Totally disenchanted with Morgantown dealership. Will not buy another KIA!

Service was good. The only problem I had was seeing 2 employees walking thru where customers were waiting on their cars to be serviced and not wearing masks. Thats great you have your own offices but when you are walking around with customers who are spaced out and wearing masks, I would appreciate you wearing one too.

I'm always impressed by Kia's service!! They notice that my inspection sticker was almost due and brought it to my attention. Before they do any work, they always let me know first. It's good to know that there are people looking out for me! On a side note, I was having a bad morning and found myself in tears about something (was on the phone with someone), and a customer rep came over to me with a box of tissue!! THANK YOU, Kia!
