My battery went dead and I needed a new one. I did not have an appointment, but Herbert the Service Advisor was able to get me in and have the battery changed within an hour. I always get this kind of service from this Dealer. That's why I have bought 4 cars from them.

I brought my car in at 12:15 for a schedule service. I called at 3:00 to see if it was ready and was told they were working on it. At 4:45 I arrived to get my car only to find it was still sitting outside and the service had NOT started yet. I was so upset. They ended up giving me the service for free. But the manager NEVER apologized for their mix up. I may not go back.

The Service Advisor, Ms. Glynda Robinson who assisted me, was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional, and courteous. However, it was not her fault but I had to return for a battery replacement after the my vehicle had cleared the inspection that stated my battery was good. But other than that, I appreciated the service.

Arrived at 730am and lifted at 1pm they said they could not get the filter lose to change did not update my e I had to go several times to update myself. Was hungry, cold and was told the last person from same place tighten with machine and they couldn't open without a lot of man power

I like that the service department remembers their customers and their cars and if service has already been done on something that's recommended they don't try to have you have it done again and bill you for it. They tell you that it's not needed.
