The only thing I disliked were the add ons for features added to the car you didn't ask for and aren't included in the advertised price.i just felt like if your going to add it and not give me the option, the add it to your advertise price and just be transparent front the start.

My first service work at 5K miles. Oil change, tire rotation and inspection was free at 5K. All work was done timely while I waited. The car was washed and vacuumed. My only negative comment was I thought the inspection video sent to my phone was useless. It only showed the car going up and down on the lift. Previous Nissan service at other dealers show video of the whole underside and engine compartment and discuss inspection.

Failed to do actual tire rotation, multi point inspection was not performed as stated, ways I knew front passenger tire is missing the air cap and if rotation was done correctly it would have been moved to the back, as well as tire pressure on all four tires was at 29 psi, if they actually did the multipoint inspection that would have been addressed or at least brought to my attention

Choices for Oil type preference was not followed.. Wrong oil grade was refilled! Air Filter apparently replaced and Housing for it was not reinstalled properly and not secured. One clamp was also damaged it appears and now cannot fully secure it down with both clamps.
