I was so thrilled with the recent service at Fred Beans. I arrived 15 minutes before closing. My battery was promptly diagnosed by Robin to be defective. And I was overjoyed that within one hour I had a new battery replaced and I was on my way. Everyone I dealt with was professional Pleasant and so friendly. I was also informed about Fred Beans rewards program.

The office staff was great. The were communicative and friendly. My only complaint was that whoever took off last year's inspection sticker did not clean up the bits of the sticker that they scraped off. I had to clean it up. Not a bit deal, but sloppy work.

Oil change was standard. Uneventful. Service manager was very nice. No issues. I did not like the automatic follow-up appointment scheduling. There was no option to decline the appointment. That means I need to do work to figure out how to cancel an appointment that I did not make.

I appreciate the fact that they took my vehicle in the same day and provided me with a loaner vehicle. I hate the fact that this was my second time bringing my vehicle in for the same issue. They had my vehicle for a week, and I had to keep calling to check on the status of my vehicle. Everytime I called, I received the same answer when in actuality my vehicle sat in the lot most of the time, untouched.

The people in the service department are lovely. The service has been competent, though not discount (all dealerships seem more expensive). It's not an atypical physical set up, but somehow they make it feel homey and decent. I travel to this site though I have another Acura service center close to my home. Kudos to the staff for the human touch! Annie

I spotted a nail in a tire that was slowly losing air pressure. They fit me in without an appointment and my wait was brief. They (Steve and Robin) were very courteous and helpful, keeping me appraised of the progress of the service. Great experience overall!
