They tried to say I needed thousands of dollars of work on my car when I went in for a recall. But I'm still offered me 35,000 for it so clearly my car didn't need all that work. Really sketchy. I'm wondering if my husband had gone in and instead of me if they would do the same to him.

Customer service is great. Unfortunately, dealership prices for oil changes and other services are nowhere near competitive with other business that provide the same services. It's becoming increasingly difficult to maintain being a loyal customer and recommending the dealer services to others with such high prices.

They were friendly enough but after they replaced my rear brakes my gas meter. Does not work and the tire gauge caps are ALl missing. Leaves me feeling concerned about the quality of my service and the real status of my car.
