They tried to say I needed thousands of dollars of work on my car when I went in for a recall. But I'm still offered me 35,000 for it so clearly my car didn't need all that work. Really sketchy. I'm wondering if my husband had gone in and instead of me if they would do the same to him.

Customer service is great. Unfortunately, dealership prices for oil changes and other services are nowhere near competitive with other business that provide the same services. It's becoming increasingly difficult to maintain being a loyal customer and recommending the dealer services to others with such high prices.

I had an oil change on my 2015 Prius. Unlike all other dealerships I have taken my cars to I was not provided any written results of a multipoint inspection and no filters were checked. I do hope that they checked my tire pressure but I have no evidence this was done. I also asked to speak to the service manager but he was not in the dealership that day.
