My 8 AM oil change appointment took three hours! They kept coming out to try and sell services that were premature for a brand new vehicle. They were doing the oversell to elderly people who were having their vehicles serviced too. It was very predatory behavior. That's not a way to build trust at a brand new Toyota dealer. Will not be back.

From the time I pulled in until the time I left, I was updated. The inspection video was informative, and I liked that I was given an option by phone about anything that needed replacement along with the cost. Wait time was shorter than expected and my service person was very pleasant.
