Greeted immediately and asked about what I needed done. Realized I had the original battery, so recommended a new one and I decided to go ahead with it. The service took longer than I expected, but I was sent a video while I waited of what was being done and the waiting room was comfortable. My car was definitely cared for.

I really liked, Tyrone who was the service greeter. He was kind and got us checked in quickly. He also keep us up todate on the progress. What I didn't like was the original time we were told it would take to get this recall battery tray and battery hold down fixed went from a 1 1/2 hours to over 3 hours because the service was behind. Whoever scheduled all these cars coming in at 11 am is an idoit.

I was quoted a certain price. When I went to pay there was a 150 or 200 dollar fee added to my charges. I brought in my own part.i asked what the fee was for and that I thought it was ridiculous, he took the fees off. Makes me wonder how many others this has happened. Overall the service was good.

I loved that they gave me a detailed report of everything that needed to be worked on with my car. Also, I was able to get all of the parts for my car delivered the same day, which was really helpful. My customer service was impeccable and they made sure that I was OK during the duration of my service. Michael was great.

I wish I could provide zero stars. I was there for an oil change on my Toyota Camry. I always use 0W20 oil in my car. I asked them to use 0W20 oil so I could go for 10k miles. However, they used 5W20, which is acceptable for the Camry model. They charged me an exorbitant amount that no one else charges. I called them 2-3 times, but no one took responsibility. I don't recommend going there for your car service.

it was hectic when I first go there, and the service person was not sure my service contract for my Lexus could be used there, but he checked and it was so extra things were even covered at no charge. There were no loaners available and my wait was 2 1/2 hours but Alex was very helpful and a 0 charge is great. Waiting area was very crowded and I got the last chair.

After 2 trips and 7 hours of waiting, radio was still not working. Was told $600 diagnostic test would be needed. Was told diagnostic not covered by the $2800 Premium Service Warranty we bought on 5/3/21. Oh, and our 3 year old car with 25,000 miles on it needed 4 new tires. Total shakedown from start to finish. Will never go back.

First time at Fred Anderson Toyota for service and it was a great experience. Robert Tome was a great service advisor and got the process rolling. I was continually updated on the progress and everything was completed correctly and timely. The price was reasonable compared to other dealers. Definitely a go to place.

It great to visit for a scheduled routine service (i.e. engine oil and filter) without having anything "pop-up" as another needed repair, considering the current economic conditions (i.e. inflation, tariffs and all). I maintain my cars and often I know what I need ahead of the visit. Also, the respectful interaction with the service adviser was a good experience. Thank you.

Wait time with an appointment was over 3 hours. Tech recommended an alignment after 7k miles on brand new tires that the they installed with no driving issues. I would say the system for appointments needs a review, I was not happy with the customer service of the tech or his management.

Mavrick and his team of mechanics figured out what was causing the rattle in the front end of my car, that has been going on for a year and a half. I replaced a lot of expensive parts during this time. I finally took it to Fred Anderson because they have a lot of great mechanics. It took several of them talking about the rattle to figure out it was the steering damper. The rattle is gone! GREAT JOB!!
