I wasnt there and neither was my care yet they are submitting charges and reports for recall work which was never performed. I believe this is federal fraud. At the very least it is incompetence and negligence by being lazy and not using the correct VIN. This has happened at least twice ow from this dealership and I will be pursuing corporate investigation.

Lauren was very helpful during the process of working with me during a difficult time when the transmission went out on the 2017 Rogue. Though I was unhappy with the fact the transmission had to be replaced, she worked to get the car fixed and was patient with me through the process.

I got there and they said it would take 90 to 120 minutes. After 2 and a half hours laters, I go and ask and they seem to just realize that I was waiting and started working on the car. From this experience and other times I went there to ask, they don't seem to know what to do with electric cars.

Didn't have a loaner car. Recall took longer than was told even after verifying all parts were in to complete recall. Left out with a great shifter problem I didn't go into the shop with and a noise as well.
