As a note, this is on the 2014 on the c r v and following this oil change, we had tires rotated at discount tire and then replaced rotors, pads and new hardware at Brakes for Less in Simpsonville, SC.

AI Customer Service did not properly schedule service. However, dealership honored service and time. Human customer service at the dealership was personable, professional, answered all my questions and got me completed for the time and estimated cost. Waiting area very clean.

We were on our way to a doctor appointment before leaving the area when we had low pressure alarm sound. Found low pressure in one tire at the doctor's parking lot and had some miles ahead of us. We knew the location from a previous Civic purchase when we lived here so we stopped for someone to take a look. They found a nail shank, made repairs and sent us on our way. Thanks!

Waiting room superb. Plenty of comfortable seating and not jammed up next other waiting customers. I pack my own food, that was the first comfortable and quiet lunch i have had in a while. Temperature and humidity in waiting area perfect. Two large idiot boxes with volume at zero with non-political content, God bless the designer and person who paid for it.
Service writer "Nick" deserves a superior rating.

I have been here a few times and I have never had a bad experience. Eric K. has been extremely helpful and doesn't make me feel pressured to do things that I don't want to do but is still able to educate on the importance of the services without sounding pushy. I love the shuttle service and Harvey the shuttle driver is so kind and nice to chat with.

Tried to buy the truck but was told they couldn't sell it to me because of hidden damage. However they had another one they were sure I would love. The truck is still for sale on your website so I would say they use the old bait and switch. Didn't work on me .Not a dealer you could ever trust.

From the start, I liked that the customer drove their own vehicle into the pristine 'garage' area. I loved the video that was sent that showed the mechanic visually inspecting the car, along with their findings.
