First visit for any service here on my 2017 C300 MB with approx 42,000 miles. Service Manager Dario di Giuseppe very easy to work with and accomodating. Service work completed within time frame given (same day) and received just after their car wash finished. The Service Dept. doesn't use a common Dealer menu pricing system but charges labor at $140/hour and parts at what I felt was reasonable pricing, albeit not using MB parts.

I bought this car from 1,100 miles away, Abraham Mahar sales manager took care of all the paper work, He's the kind of a man that a gentleman's agreement is better than a written agreement. This car is way better than I expected, Lada transport did the transport, reasonable price I might add. I would highly recommend both businesses

It wasnt good. I was very interested in a particular auto and I was referred to one salesperson. Twice he told me he was going to forwardrecent service records of the car but never did - and never even calledme back. Maybe thats how they do it in California?

He knowingly sold me a car with a defective sun visor. I purchased the car in the morning and didnt realize it was broken until later in the day. He called to check on me. I told him about the defective piece and he acknowledged it had been broken. Dont trust this dealership.

I've been in the car business for over 10 years and have never purchased a car from a dealership. Always bought cars private party. Yet, I bought a car at Frank's Motorcars and couldn't be happier. Why? I was involved in an accident and needed a car asap. I wanted something safe for the family, so I searched the internet and found Frank's Motorcars. At first I was a little hesitant to call, but I did it. PG picked up at the first attempt. From the get-go, he was very calm, professional, and knowledgeable. Not once did PG ever try to upsell or be pushy. Instead, he was very transparent throughout the entire process. He pointed out everything I needed to know about the car and even offered to fix a couple minor things before purchase. I am also located 400 miles away in the San Francisco Bay Area. But distance wasn't an issue at all. PG and team were able to make it work. They were communicative and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Just from speaking over the phone, I knew I was in good hands and felt comfortable purchasing the car despite the distance. After the sale, the car was transported from the dealership to my location in NorCal just a day later! The car was perfect and was just as described from PG, the team, and the listing. I couldn't be happier. Frank's Motorcars is amazing and I wouldn't hesitate purchasing from them; whether you're in Socal or shopping from a far distance. Thank you!
