I know the mechanic had to check everything, but I was without my car for over a week! That's the longest in the 12 years I've been a customer at Frank's. The good part is that the car runs fine.

Great customer service . I work with the gentleman by the name Eric I personally would recommend his business if you have a European model car to work on. They took care of me in a timely fashion. I was pleased with the service and the outcome. We need more companies like this to give Great on a service. If I have any car needs, I will be back. They have a customer for life.

Frank's used to be good. Now, it's terrible. The service advisors don't call you back, they don't follow up with details, and you have to hunt them down to get answers. Plus, i had work done on a sensor that started acting up again. I had checked at another shop and they had just cleaned the sensor but missed that the wires were loose. Don't go here.

They are always very detailed and on time. You see pictures in details of what's wrong from the beginning. And then they still send you pictures of after the repairs are complete, to show you what what they've fixed. They give you a reason not to worry.

Brought my car for AC blow motor issues, they looked at Carfax instead and recommended all these unneeded services performed by a previous dealership that did not report anything to Carfax , so its like going to a Dr and recommend services according to your horoscope! .also the blow motor quote was 300% more than Mercedes dealership, no longer bring my car to Franks European Service

They are the only qualified team in Las Vegas to be touching a Hybrid or Electric car. They inspected my Prius with a fine-tooth comb and found the exact problem. Plus, provided relevant service recommendations. Unfortunately my Prius has bit the dust, but I'll be bringing them my next vehicles.

Travis and Brad provided exceptional customer service! I was in a bind as I don't live in Vegas. And there was no way I could've driven home (350 miles) with the issue I had. Travis expedited the fix and worked with my warranty company over the phone. They got me back on the road quick!

my top had a diagnostic test which resulted that it needed top latches of which I already knew but was told I had to have these tests that shown no other issues. Upon leaving and going home the top would go all the way down anymore and now it is said I need more work on that, when I feel that the 2/5 hr diagnostic testing should have shown at the time before I left.

When older cars needs repairs, you cant always know what will happen next, we make every effort to check each repair, no one like it when there is a problem. We purchased and installed (at no charge), a new top motor - sorry this was not enough to help with the repairs and expectations

My rear right air spring leaked and has to be replaced . Frank's European did an excellent job and kept the cost at a reasonable price. They also recommended some additional services for my vehicle which I'm going to take care of soon . ..
