When I arrived, I was met by a young man who I had never met before. He introduced himself, but I have forgotten his name. He went over everything, and we were in agreement with what was included in the service. Approximately 1 hr. later, he said my car was ready and went over the service findings. Everything was satisfactory.

I have never had a bad experience at Franklin's Spring Creek Ford. Everyone communicates with you about what is going on with your vehicle, they are upfront about pricing. There are no surprises. The entire staff there is just wonderful, especially the crew in the service dept.

Theyre great! Gave me a loaner for the day while they worked, but just not up to snuff with other dealers. Every time I take it in something is wrong with it or needs to be replaced. Now they could be telling the truth but idk everything has been fine so far

Left oil fill cap off. Truck was driven from dealership to home where it was connected to camper and took off on 4 hour ride to camp ground. Truck started smoking heavily pulled over and found oil all over engine and engine compartment. Found oil fill cap laying on radiator. Had to get oil to refill engine and continue driving not knowing how bad engine is damaged or if it would make it to destination without being completely stranded

Problem still exists. Was told that my problem was normal for my model. It is not. Dealer says they will contact Ford for a resolution. Will give the dealer another chance before I escalate the issue with Ford myself. I am quite sure that Ford nor Franklin's want me and my family riding around with a faulty brake master cylinder.
