Their computer system for up dates went down. I called to verify my time which was when I found out. NO Call. When I called that afternoon to see if it was working they said yes. It was not. So I had to make another appointment after going there. The new appointment time was not at my convenience after I had already made a trip. Which meant I had to take time off from work again.

Oil service was done promptly with tire rotation, fluid and vehicle checks, with a quick vacuum. They noticed, what I considered slight, uneven tire ware and recommended an alignment for I believe $140. I did not get the alignment and went about my day. Oil change is currently over $100.

I had to wait about 3 weeks to get the vehicle fixed due to parts being unavailable. Finally I had to get after market parts put in so I could have a reliable car as I am car dependent and live alone. Huge inconvenience. To top it off the wrong part came in so I was without a vehicle for another 3 days. The repair was done and jeep delivered. The jeep is doing fine so far. Jeep needs to do better about parts for their customers.

said i had a radiator leak that they would repair for free. got car back and there was a hissing sound. took it back as soon as possible and had to pay over $200 for diagnostic which took over 2 hours. they said had small leak in AC which was working fine at the time. got car back and the AC no longer worked at all. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
