My low tire pressure light stayed on even tho I checked pressures and they were fine. Brad worked me in, the tech found a nail in left rear tire, repaired it, at no charge (to my surprise!) because I bought my tires there.Another positive experience with Brad and Franklin! Why I ll keep going back.

I have been coming to Franklin Automotive with my two Audis for years and several volvos prior to that. The service is excellent and the personal care they give goes beyond the normal experience. I am in the process of buying a new car and the ability to continue to use Franklin Automotive for my service needs is a big part of my decision. They are great!

Appreciate early appointment on short notice. Personnel were professional. Location is nearby and convenient. Work was performed brakes/rotors which are making a "squeaking" sounds but may be a issue with wearing in new pads. Continue to monitor and may follow-up if noise does not stop.
