Richard, we apologize that you did not receive our reply to your inquiry on the 2004 Ford F-150 we had for sale. Your request came in on a Sunday when we were closed. Our Internet Specialist Sarah emailed you Monday morning at 8:43 AM to inform you that the F-150 had sold that past Saturday and would be glad to assist on any other listing we showed for sale on our website. We can only assume that either her email to you went to your spam folder and was unseen or that the email address you provided (rjrworm@aol.com) was invalid. No phone contact was provided for us to text or call you, either. They charge a credit card fee. I was not told this until I was handing them the keys. I wish I had been told when I made the appointment so I could've prepared accordingly (as I don't carry my checkbook or large sums of cash). It was also very expensive. Oil change and tire rotation for $273 with a coupon? It is nice that they provided a shuttle, but honestly I think Uber would be cheaper.

Thank you for your feed back concerning the recent service visit. Rather than raise prices across the board to all customers we simply pass what the banks charge us to the customer at no mark up. This is why we tell our guests at service write up so they can decide the best financial option for them.
Our shuttle has been provided at no cost to our customers since our dealership open but if Uber is a better option for you however that is perfectly fine as well.

In for a tire rotation and technician noticed it was close to time for an oil change. So even though I wasnt scheduled for the oil change they went ahead and did it at this appointment to save me the drive back to Frankfort. I really appreciated that!

I love this dealership's service department. Beth Kiser is one of the most pleasant people I have had to deal with. I don't feel pressured and she explains everything to me. Of all the dealerships service centers I've been to in the central Kentucky area I can't say enough good things about them.
