Terrible. 0 communication throughout the process had no idea what the status of my vehicle ever was. On top of that, never had a loaner vehicle. Would call one individual, and they would have none. A few days later called another, and told me he would get me on top of the list. Takes advantage of young individuals, and my vehicle was there for almost a month for a simple repair.

Purchased a vehicle from frank Leta dealership the warranty and the inspection they say they did was false. They don't stand behind the service they do and the warranty is BS no service was done on the car and the brakes certainly was not checked. Buyer beware.

Had a scheduled oil appointment at 7:30 which was the first of the day. It took your organization a hour and a half to get it done. Finally at 9 o'clock it was done. It should've taken no more than a half hour. We were late for our next appointment.

Well kept waiting room and I was in and out in no time. They took care of my services needed and did not become overly pushy with the manufacturers recommended services just made the suggestion a couple times and we moved on.

I don't like that there is an issue with the car and all I got was a text message to inform me. It contained a report that was hard to read, and I was unable to view the photos provided. I went to ask whoever was behind a counter and they informed me that I was just getting an oil change like I scheduled. Then when the service was finished, that is when I was told the car has a leak. I liked this place better under the old ownership.

Car was having issues was told that it was the cam shaft by the dealer. friend that took the car in told them he was given a code regarding the catalytic converter . Camshaft , oil change and two new tire completed . 2 days later engine light on and catalytic converter is the issue upon return to the dealer ship where I was told they also found an issue with my water pump.

They tried to tell me that I had 3 tires showing cord and I needed new tires. I knew that wasn't true. They didn't want to rotate them because of that. I had to tell them to go ahead and rotate them. They didn't check the air in the tires. I don't appreciate it when they try to sell me something I don't need.
