Marc Diaz was wonderful to work with. I had several services performed that day and he went through the list and pricing with me and secured a loaner car for me as the service was going to take several hours. Everyone was wonderful to work with in the service department. I really appreciate the car wash as well.

My 2008 Acura RDX is still in top shape even with all its scars of the years. I am a loyal customer and look forward to purchasing my new Acura when it retires. 2030 maybe?

Due to extra work on a recall on our front seat, and oil change, we were given a loaner RDX to drive. Since the work involved 2-3 hrs. time, we appreciated the loaner - the first time we requested one - in fact. All work was well done to our satisfaction, as always w/ Frank Leta Acura. Thank you!

Service agent was rude did not have the parti to fix my brakes after telling me they did when I scheduled my appointment. Did not explain what the diagnosis of future repairs. Did not vacuum vehicle and I feel they triggered my service light to come on to get future repairs

Once I FINALLY got the appointment the actual service experience was good. You need so e work on getting back to customers in a timely manner. It took 4 phone calls form me to set up the promised service appointment8 weeks after purchasing the car. It took 9 weeks to get our title.

Easy appointment to schedule on-line, and I waited for my vehicle in their lounge. Coffee, tea, snacks, free wi-fi and comfortable - two different areas. One area that is kid-friendly, and the other for adults seeking silence. My service advisor was very kind and professional. I would recommend Frank Leta to anyone!

I was told it would take 1.5 hours to do the service, after 2.5 hours when I asked if the vehicle was ready, the service desk person said he was waiting on prices for parts. Needless to say, I was not very happy because I other things to do that day before I headed out of town.

I took my care to get service and an oil change , I was able to go with the mechanic on the test drive with my car n he instantly smashed the pedal I asked him if that's was he was suppose to do he said " yes some mechanic does it to check out some stuff or what ever may be the cost n I told him that I was hearing something under my hood when I accelerate, I was trying to get him to listen n hear he act like he didn't hear anything
