We had an excellent service experience. With an appointment, the team was ready and waiting. Service was completed promptly. The service rep kept us well informed. The dealership has a spotless, well-furnished waiting area with a computer plug-in and Wi-Fi, which I used.

I brought my car in because the power steering fluid was leaking. I didn't ask for any wheel alignment. I was charged 2799.32 for a power steering pump and steering gear assembly and I don't think I needed any of that to stop a power steering leak which is still leaking.

Driver's light beige doorstep sill had dark shoe sole scuff marks from service representative entering/exiting Escalade. These marks wouldn't be visible on dark gray doorstep sills. Since we haven't cleaned the doorstep sill, they will still be present for our next service for viewing.

I will never go there again or buy a car from there again.. they don't honor what they say there going to do.. GM never calls u back or is ever in the office to speak too... there happy to take ur money but when ur suppose to get something from them when they screwed up, they want to charge you for it.. I'll take my business elsewhere..

When I first got there, they told me the machines were down, but they still would be able to do my oil change. And an hour and a half later they came back and told me that they could not and offered me a Uber ride home not the Cadillac experience I'm used to. Just poor Service.

Did not get back to me about the 4x4 ,used Chevy truck I was interested in. And finally after having 2 other salespeople contacted me. I emailed them again and they said they had sold the vehicle.They need to get back sooner and tell their potential customer if they had sold the vehicle, instead of wasting my time. I am now thinking about buying a vehicle somewhere else.

Appreciated workspace and drinks/snacks in waiting room. The kind lady that is always planted in the waiting room working the customers for sales is nice but the constant conversation is overwhelming and disrupts your ability to concentrate if you are reading or working.
