At my last visit I waited 1.5 hours and then the service advisor told me about multiple issues with my car, which I know to be untrue because of the mechanic that works on my car not telling me of these issues. Brad Sexton is one of the best service advisors that Frank Fletcher Honda has. He has high integrity and listens to each of his customers. I wish he still had his own office, because it is hard to hear in the current office with all of the service advisors in the same room. If they had individual offices and cordless phones they could do a much better job. The garage was very quick in getting my car serviced and back to me.
